anealing?

I will be reloading my 270wsm with Matrix pills and I and I had read that Bigandgreen had made mention of making sure of the neck tension with these pills and anealing the necks. Can someone please explain the hows and whens to me? I will be using Win brass( I understand from some that I should only use Norma, right now that is not financialy possible).

The Art and Science of Annealing

I use a propane torch like a plumber would use, and an apparatus I chuck in my hand drill to spin the case.

There is a guy on Youtube called Ammo Smith. He does a good jobing of showing how to anneal with the tools that Justgoto mentions.

Tikkat, the most often mistake for first time annealers is over heating the brass. Check this Forum and +1 on the You Tube before you start. Heed the warnings and good luck.
