Alco Bullets?

I just saw them this evening while surfing the interweb, the B.C's look very optimistic but I would have to assume they're pretty dang high. Aside from that I'm just giving this thread a bump to see if anyone else has something to say good or bad.

This is the only one I tested so far:

That B.C is far lower than expected, I'll just stick to the 200gr accubond and get to fine tuning my 230gr Berger load.

I searched their web site and can't determine the quantity of bullets packaged per box. Anyone know?

In a few weeks I will have some info to post.

Look forward to your report. How many bullets per container, and do they look professionally jointed where the tip is seated in the jacket. Or do they look like Jed Clampett made them?

There are 100 per box. He will ship them this week so I can't speak to what they look like. He told me they are hunting bullets; otherwise I wouldn't purchase them.

I'm reviving this thread. Anyone have any experience they'd like to share? Accuracy at distances beyond 500y? Etc.

I've played with some of the 208 (I'm pretty sure they were the 208s) 7mm bullets in a 7mm RUM. There were a nice bullet but the BCs didn't match out to 1200 yards. I ended up using a .882 BC to get them to track. They shot very similar to the 200gr Wildcats I was shooting the the 7mm RUM. For the price of the Alco bullets I'd just run the Bergers. I have a hard time believing that the Alcos would perform very well as a hunting bullet.
