Adjusting the trigger on a Remington 700 BDL

Could someone please post the proper method for adjusting the trigger on a Remington model 700 BDL. I can't find my instructions and don't want to do it wrong. Thanks!

If someone dosen't give you a response while I am at work I will try to find an article on it in Varmint Hunter Magazine this evening and relay the info as best I can.

I happened to find an on line index of the articles in this magazine last night and that is one of the topics I was going to look at myself.
