Just wondering if anyone has used these on game. Piticularly with a fast 6.5 of some sort. Just curious how they hold up in the 50-400 yard range. I should have my new 6.5wsm shortly. And would like to also use them in my 6.5-284. Just concerned that if a close shot presents itself the bullets may blow up. (Like Ballistic Tips) Also thinking about using the 142 for Black Bear this fall. The shot will be most likely 50 yards. Or should I go with a Solid type of bullet for that? Barnes? Thanks for your input.
