The 45-70 is a real accurate cartridge just not a flat shooter. I look forward to some targets too.

First target from 100 yards with 460gr no excuse conicals and 60gr Pyrodex P. No swabbing.

100 yards with 50gr Pyrodex P and a .440 round ball LOL!

Next time I will clean between shots and up the charge to 70gr Pyro P. Certainly has some recoil now and the scope is a little to close for comfort. Shes a shooter! Just need some range time.
