A Howa 1500, S&W 1500 or Vanguard bolt

I am seeking a Howa 1500, a S&W 1500, or a Weatherby Vanguard bolt suitable for a 30-06, .270, .280, or .240 Weatherby- the standard bolt face for the longer action. Only recently have I been reliably informed that these actions are virtually the same and the bolts interchangeable with headspacing.
