has anyone used the above mention adapter on a rifle to apply a muzzle brake.

I have a savage LRH that I want to switch out the factory brake to an after market brake.

Results?

Opinions?

I have the same rifle and have looked into the adapter and can't get over how ugly it is! My uses would be for a suppressor but it would use the same adapter. I've concluded I'd rather have the barrel re threaded to 1/2" for a cleaner look

I haven't seen much in the way of an adaptor, but the area419 hellfire can be had with several thread pitch adaptors. And it is a pretty good brake.

Look up the APA micro bastard GenII brake, can be had in your thread I believe. You wont be disappointed!
