I bought my first e-bike in 2017 and then a second one last year. They are both Rambo's and I have had great experiences with that company. I am still using the original bike and the second one I bought for my daughter. I do a good deal of hunting in NW MO if you have ever experienced that mud it is unlike anything I've ever seen. My first setup had a cassette gear and derailer much like a ten speed bicycle. I bet I hadn't gone 50 yards in that mud before the derailer was wadded up and completely ripped off the bike. I called Rambo and they sent me a new one free of charge, it didn't last either. I realized that this setup would not work for me so I broke the chain and took enough links out to fit it to one gear and completely did away with the derailer and that got me by for the remainder of my hunt. When I got back home I talked with the folks at Rambo and shared my experience with them. They sent me a single gear rear wheel and an idler and a new chain which solved my problems, again at no charge to me. I am still using this setup and for the reasons mentioned above I personally would not have an e-bike with a cassette gear and derailer. I've had that bike so caked with mud that there was no clearance between the tires and the forks many times and it just kept pushing through it has been amazing really.
