7mm08 RL17 help

hello ive been thinking of using RL17 for my custom 7mm08 i currently use varget unfortunatly i dont have quickload over here in afghanistan untill i get back to the uk. looking for a velocity of 2800fps to 2850fps while staying under saami specs.Not sure on max loads with RL17 as i cant find any data.Hoping somone will be kind enough to crunch the numbers

23" pacnor barrel varmint contour 1in 9.5
140 grain accubond
col 2.8 (0.03 off lands)
RL17 powder
cci br2 primer
remington brass (not sure on capacity but its new)

like i said only looking for 2800 to 2850 fps while keeping decent low projected pressures

Given your conditions using QL and RL-17. Max SAAMI is 60,191psi chamber pressure. Keep in mind this is a simulation and just ballpark stuff.

45.5gr 60,106psi 2913fps max load, 100.6% fill
45.0gr 57,949psi 2882fps
44.5gr 55,877psi 2851fps
44.0gr 53,886psi 2819fps
43.7gr 52726psi 2800fps 96.6% fill
