Yes. I have a build that wasn't consistent with Retumbo and tried Re23. I'm shooting a 162 Amax (still have a pile of them) and got pretty good accuracy with every load. I had several 3/4-1/2 moa loads at the top end of the pressure curve, but got a legit-repeatable .2-.3 load at 2950 so I kept it there. I'm loading Win brass, Federal mag primers and about .02 off the lands. Re23 has done very well in this rifle.
