7 SAUM load data

Interesting hodgdon says start at 64 grains. I'm just trying to figure out where to start and end my ladder test. Thanks for the input!
But the book is not using ADG brass. ADG is pretty clear and tells you to start lower than book and work up….let us know what works in your rifle when you get it all setup and hammering!!

Nice job! 175's rock.

Started playing with a new barrel today. 28" saum. Started pressure testing 195 EOL's with N570. Tight chamber and the HS I set at 0.002" longer than new Adg brass. Had to stop for a party but went to 65.0 grains and 2,865 fps. Will continue tomorrow.
😳. That case is only .387 longer than the bullet.
Impressive !!
I don't know…….I think the party starts tomorrow.
🤠

Oh boy that's a nice speed.
Can't complain about that.
Keep me posted on how that load development goes with those 195's

I run 175 ABLR's with 59.0gr of H1000 at around 2700 FPS. It was the most accurate. 24" barrel, COL 2.93" in a modified 700 SA. Almost identical to my 280 AI.

Run the numbers on 195 vs 175 at 1000 yards. 195 hits harder, same drop, 7" less drift and 240 ft/lbs more energy. The barrel I'm trying is a C6 barrel they chambered for me over a year ago, they had a cheap deal going on them and I thought it would be a good experiment barrel. Just now got to shooting with it. Depending how this goes I will chamber one the way I want it myself with a brux medium Palma at 28" and start a new.
