7 RUM action options?

I have found a used M700 7 mm RUM stainless rifle. The price is $500. The bolt lugs don't show much wear. What are your thoughts on this price if I am only interested in the action for a new build?
Could this action be used for a new build in 7 mm rem mag or 300 win mag? It is my understanding that the 7 rum bolt is a bit larger that the normal 7 mm rem mag.

It will make a great donor. The bolt will work just fine. They are just different enough to accomodate the rebated rim of the RUM case. The rim diameters are the same between WSM, Mag, RSAUM, and RUM.

A while back, I used a 338RUM action to make a WSM. Worked just fine.

For $500 buy it. If you don't use it yourself you can sell it for a profit likely.
