I've always used Redding. With micrometer seating die, works beautifully to make reproducible ammo for PRS competition. Not the cheapest, but IMHO the best.
 
I've got Redding , RCBS, Old Pacific, Lyman & Lee. They all seem to load good ammo. The Lee being the least expensive loads ammo every bit as accurate as my most expensive dies. So pick the one you like . I find the Lee Neck collet dies to produce ammo with the smallest run out.
 
Hespco ... I have to admit, I load my handgun ammo (9x19, .40 S&W and .45 ACP) with mostly Lee dies. Yes, the dies you pick as "go to" for your most used ammo are the best ones for you ...
