Getting ready for the NALRSA finals in TX, 11-14 Jan, and I figured I better pull the trigger a bit. I loaded up a new batch of Lapua brass and shot this group this morning. Going to hang some steel on the farm, and shoot the next two weeks.

I actually like you are hitting the center of the target. Not like 95% of the shooters having the groups 3" off the bull eye. :)

Thanks guys.
This rifle has Badger steel rings. Not looking to save any weight as I'm allowed 20 lbs in the NALRSA matches.
I leave the scope in the rings, and take it off the rail when I travel. I slapped it on the rail, then shot. Talk about "return to zero"...

That is an awesome looking rifle. Beautiful stock. I like the contrast of the Matt black finish on the metal with the gloss on the wood. Excellent shooting also by the way. Good luck at the match :)

Thank you.
I made the stock years ago to shoot PRS, but never made the scene. When we started making actions, I re-inletted and bedded the stock for our Axiom. Chambered a 6.5-47 Lapua and never looked back.
This rifle is scary accurate. 10 shots at 100 yds, wore out the center of that orange steel plate at 500 yards. First shot was high left, corrected then put 10 shots in the middle of it. I have no excuses!
