56mm obj lens / 20 MOA rail / QR rings

I'm looking at the Leupold QRW2 quick release rings for a 56mm NF atop a 20 MOA rail. Other than the downside of weight vs. LW rings, have others used this on a rail? Pros/cons? Also, curious if I can get by with Med rings or whether I need to go up to High.

I have 2 NF SHV scopes with 56 mm objectives, and I have them mounted using NF UL Extreme Duty 6 screw Low rings & a picatinny rail. The 56 mm scopes are fairly heavy, so I use what I feel are the best rings available. With the NF Low rings, I still have plenty of space for the NF objective flip up covers.

Seekins. 0.90-1.00 lows depending on your scope tube 30-34 ? They are light and they are good.
