What's a good and accurate powder for the 358 win. I'll be using 250 Barnes.

Barns has load data on their website for that combo. Looks like their recommendation is H4198, 31.5 to 36.5 min/max.

I suggest you use Varget. Hodgdon lists starting load 45 and max of 49 gr with the 225 Sierra BTSP.
Varget is known for its insensitivity to hot/cold temperatures. It also yielded the highest velocities listed.
