Hey fellas. Who amongst you have shot the new 270 gr 338 in Lapua-.and the 285 gr Hornady Match bullets and which one do you like better? It would be great to get your input and save me some development time. I had great results with 300 gr Sierra Match kings...not having alot of fun with the 285s. Thanks

I have been shooting 285 ELD-M since they came out in my lapua. Tried 250s and 300 bergers and my gun just preferred the eldm. Have shot it out to a mile and so far so good. And yotes and deer hate them! Running in lapua brass with 91.5-92 gr of H1000.

I know this has nothing to do with the bullets, "but" to all the 338LM fans. Midway had a crazy sale price on 338LM brass from Lapua from $174.99 on sale now for $79.99 per box of 100 pieces. That is really a good price on some excellent brass for all the folks shooting 338LM

I have always used the 300 gr. Scenar with success, I tried the 285s they shot a pretty good group with the load but still preferred the 300 Gr. Scenars. It will interesting to hear what folks have to say about the 270s

Just passing a very good lead

Exceptional pricing.....as a Canadian...I had to pay $ 425.00 for 100 pieces....yup..
Sucks to be me

I have shot the 270x and 285m in my edge out to 1k. Both with r33. Loves the 285 and not impressed with 270s yet.
