338 edge RL26

Anyone running RL26 with 300 gr OTM in the 338 edge?

While I have a deep commitment to Re-26 in several cartridges/bullet combinations, this is not one of them.

Re-26 does not fill the case sufficiently in my opinion to yield the best velocity for this combination. Re-25 is better but still a little fast for the combination. I have used:

Retumbo
Re-33
Norma 217
VVN-570

What I can also suggest is to try the 250 gr. to 285 gr. bullets instead of the 300 gr. anything.

I've heard it could be good as well. I'm on the look out for Retumbo, N570 & RL-33. I have RL26, RL25 & H1000. I know H1000 seams to be the go to. I have a RUM eating my H1000. Was just looking for other options with other powders I have on hand.

H-1000 can be a usable powder but Retumbo, Re33 and Norma 217 are better. VVN-570 is what I depend on for higher velocities which yield higher energy for some longer situations.
