Bump for a real extreme .338 piece of artillery. Excellent gunsmith and research builder, no wait and very good price!

Wish I could justify having two.:)

I have a buddy in Greers Ferry...lol small world, isn't there only about 4 people there? Lol

No, I just run it in Applied Ballistics again. 16.5 minutes at a 1000. Zeroed at 200. 17.3 if I were to re-zero at 100. Run the numbers 3275 fps with 300 grain berger otm. 500 ft elevation here in Pa. 15.1 moa @ 7500 feet where I hunt in Colorado.

My bad! I got it stuck in my head you were talking 'group' size. :roll eyes: I'm not the smartest beet on the truck at times.

It's pretty sweet shooting a big girl such as that with flight times so short, trajectory so flat, accuracy so great and so sweet to shoot that she can be used for anything from PDs to icebergs with great joy.

I run a 375 AM w/350 at 25 FPS slower than you velocity. The only advantage I have over your's is 50 grains which I doubt is meaningless to an elk.

However, your bullet selection is much better.

Your price is quite fair, I feel. Though not having a lengthy wait for a build otta make it worth even more. Just say'n.

Good luck! She's a sweet piece.

No problem. I still have about a grain and a half to go yet. She can be pushed to 3350 fps.

I cannot afford something like this but it is a beautiful weapon. As it sits in the pictures; how much does it weight?

Thanks,
Tony

Shot a fouler tonight, then dialed to 420 yards. ......7/8"
