This will vary depending on the case used.
In ADG I would start at about 75g. I ended at 78.5gr.
In Norma I ended at 80.7gr.
Both were about .060" off the lands.
These were not light loads but were not showing pressure on the cases, pockets started getting a little loose at 3 firings though.
