300 PRC offhand?

Or do you mean prone laying down?
I shoot all of my rifles from offhand standing. Within reason anyway.

Offhand standing. I am curious how it feels compared to, say, a winmag.

I would say not much different.
I don't feel much difference between a 300WM and a 300 Weatherby. I've never shot a 300PRC, but I will say that you feel the difference between bullet weights in the SAME cartridge, so it will depend on what billet weight you are shooting and what you are comparing it to.
