Christensen Arms Ridgeline barreled action in 28 Nosler. This has 112 rounds thru it and it shoots well with 180 Berger bullet and RL-33, Has a small chip in barrel from the only hunt I used it on. took an Elk at 965 yards.

Yes, but you would need to open up barrel channel for larger barrel size.
 
I was able to shoot under moa with the only bullet i shoot which was the Berger 180gr about .650 group for 3 shots. I suspect it might do well with the 168 class bullets as well.
 
it is at say 2 o'clock on the barrel I have filled with clear epoxy and it hardly noticeable at all now.
