What is the best powders for 150gr accubond long range in a 270 wsm?

Nosler lists Magpro as the fastest (3187fps) but RL22, VihtN170 and IMR7828 also push the 150's over the 3100fps line.

I would have to try RL26, that's been a speed demon for me.

magpro worked well for me.good luck

Magpro is the most accurate I have found. 68.5 grs of magpro with 140gr Accubond produces roughly 3150 fps for me. A friend of mine gets alot more velocity with his rifle but 68.5 was where my groups finally came together. Great elk rifle.

I have been using R17. But will try some R26. This is with 130's. The R26 should work better with the 150.

By all means try RL-26 it is king in the 270 WSM
