Don't have access to a chrony so could you reloading experts give me your best answer as to how fast I am shooting these bullets. Shooting 140gr. A-Maxs, 41.5 grains of H4350 out of a 24in. barrel.

its hard to say every rifle is different but I would say anywhere from 2600 to 2700 fps

42.0gr of H4350 launches 140 VLD's about 2750fps out of my son's 23" 260. As said, every barrel is different and powder lots can vary quite a bit as well.

Barrels differ greatly. 41.8 gr of A-4350 was launching 140 gr. SSTs out of my 24in barrel at 2620, at 12 degrees F. Savage factory barrel.
