I have decided i want a 260 ai in my life. This will be a a target/hunting rifle. Maybe a Nrl Hunter one day match. I have been searching hed through threads and forums. Manson offers the best reamer imo that I have found without going a custom route.

Anyone have any feedback with this reamer? I have about 12lbs of H4831SC so It will be perfect for this setup.
22" or 24" 8 twist medium palma fluted or similar contour
Will be one of three barrels for my Origin medium action load up to 3.2"
Plan on using 144gr up to 153, 156 mainly.
Alpha will he doing a run of SRP brass in 6-8 months. But I have a lot of starline brass.

You should measure brass in-hand (that intended) and compare to drawings.
Don't go by what others do without considering YOUR brass, and YOUR bullets.

These current reamers will run any brass, i don't believe that a issue

I have been a 6.5x08 for many years. Now the .260 Rem and it is a GREAT Cartridge. Going with the AI version will give you an extra 100 fps. I never went the AI route but quite a few did go that way. Your powder of 4831SC will work and also H4350. I would stay with bullets like the 142gr SMK and it will impress you with a 1:8 twist! The Berger 156gr is going over the limit especially if you have a Short Action. I would go with Lapua Brass and barrel length at 26".
Good luck on the build and can't wait for your results. It's always exciting to go and make a new build for yourself!!!!!

I am a .260AI fanatic.
I have two, built off my reamer design with some tweaks to a 6.5-08 Imp 40° or .260AI, and several others have used it too.
Mine has a .140"FB, to run a 140 Hyb/140 Eilte at max mag SA 2.980" length.
With a 3.200" XM, that .225" FB will work, even with a 150SMK.

My 24" pushes a 130 OTM @ 3086fps, or a 144 @ 2977fps w. H4350. Add about 75fps w. RL26.

My 20" pushes a 140 Hyb @ 2914fps w. H4350. Or a 130 OTM @ 2990fps. A 156 @ 2810, but I was just testing. Main load is the 140 Hyb.

I also have a 25MBK (25 "Man Bun Killer" or 25-260AI) which is a necked down version of my .260AI (same body dimensions, necked to .257), and a 6MBK reamer in the works.

I am having a 6.5 Creedmoor Tikka T3x rechambered to 260 Ackley Improved. I am going to use Alpha brass, Vihtavuori N555 powder and CCI450 primers. I plan to use Speer Gold Dot 140gr bullets for informal paper punching and Federal 140gr Terminal Ascent bullets for hunting. I will use Redding Type S-Match Bushing Full Dies with Short Action Customs neck sizing die bushing.

I've been looking at the 260AI since I talked with Ryan Pierce a year or so ago.
Fits comfortably in a S/A I assume. I've got a 24" BM CFW and a Stllier Predator. And a McMillan GW 2.0
This sounds like something I don't need but sure do want
I know a dude with a good reamer designed to shoot 140s in a 2.980" SA magazine...

Get a longer Tikka magazine, and a longer bolt stop, and you will be good to go.
Make sure you check with your GS and see what reamer he has. Standard FB is only .050". That is pretty short unless you are shooting 130s. Even then, it is kind of short.
