Oh man.... I don't need this, I don't need this, I don't need this....
He's tempting me again as well. Already have a 25SST and a 257 Roberts AI. Good thing I'm heading on vacation, let me dwell on it.

I had one in a heavy target version, I liked it but sold it. Wanted a lighter weight version for hunting.

How many rounds on the barrel?

Forget I read the post again.... See it's new.

Dang it....got me looking for a small shank short action now.

Who loaded the rounds ? What's the coal? Wondering if long or short action.

I loaded these myself with RL25 and RL26. 2.82" coal. The charges are written on ammo with permanent marker. I did a good deal of research before loading and tuned them down quit a bit to find a safe start load. With that being said, you can always pull ammo and reconstruct. It can be run on a short action. My donor rifle is a long action so they could be loaded longer if necessary

Seems like a great deal. Probably the only reason is it hasn't sold is because it isn't a 7-8 twist to run 130 class bullets. But still a great barrel.

Glws, free bump.
This is exactly why I haven't bought this yet. Still tossing around if it will stabilize a 120grain bullet decent enough or not. Some say yes, others say no.
