243AI 70gr Nosler BT jam or jump?

I have a 13.5 twist HV Krieger on a howa action. My reamer is a tight no turn 0 freebore reamer.

I am still working up loads, it seems to like to be in the lands, but extracting a case leaves the bullet in the rifeling.

I tried to jump it 0.020 but it was not grouping well, should I seat the 70gr Noslers deaper in the case?

What is the norm on tangent bullets (Nosler BT), is it jump or jam?

Please help me with working up a load. I use Somchem S365 powder, same as H4350.
Federal 215m primer in winchester prepped brass.

I jump my 70gr TNTs like .80 into one hole. you just never know. The reamer used for mine was designed for 105s.
