.224 70gr accubond?

Has anyone used the 70gr accubond? How has it performed? Looking to use it out of a 5.56/223 for hogs and deer.

Its a new bullet not sure they have hit shelves yet. I very much want to get my hands on some could be a great do everything bullet in that caliber.

While waiting to get some if you see some Speer Gold Dot bullets they work very well on deer and hogs from what I have seen. It seems to me that Nosler advertises a new bullet but then it takes a year of more to start seeing them for sale any place.

midway has them been trying them in a 5.56x47 they shoot well

I saw my local reloading shop has them on the shelves. I'll have to get some CFE223 and give them a go.

We know the proven performance of the accubond!

Come to think of it this would be a great deer/antelope bullet in a fast .224 like 22-250 and would be blazing from a 22 saum/PRC.

I'm just hoping for a modest 2700FPS from my ar-15.

Is it twist sensitive as I suspect being longer.Wondering about using it with 14 twist in 22-250

In my 22-06 I use the 70 gr TSX @3700 fps. The kill things very dead and I have yet to recover one.

Oh, how I said I wouldn't load for a semi auto. Now I'm preparing to order dies and powder for it (eye roll).
