I have always had excellent results with 1:9 for 55 and more. 1:12 for 50 and less.

12" twist for 60+ grains, but not heavier than 80g.
My 22-250AI is a 7" twist, it will detonate 55g and lower weight bullets.
A 10" twist will work with 77g and a bit heavier, and is probably optimal for every weight.

I'd probably go with a 1:9 twist for that range.

1-8" twist works great for me. I'm getting excellent accuracy with boolits from 55 grain to 77 grain.

1-9 has worked great for me but i haven't shot anything over 69gr.

This depends on bullet type/design/construction. Bullet manufacturers have a recommended minimum twist rate. A monolithic bullet might require a faster twist.
