22-250 50 Grain Noslers

I am going to be reloading a 50g ballistic tip varmit nosler round and was wondering what people like for the best load? The nosler site said H380 was the most accurate tested but Im having trouble getting that. One powder I was able to get a hold of was IMR3031 and was wondering a load make up for this as nosler didnt have it on there site. I am open to suggestions. Im shooting a Tikka T3 1:14 twist. Im looking at shooting coyotes and varmits under 400 yards. Thats everyone for the help!

Thats where H380 got its name..38.0grs. Behind a 50 gr. Pill..just FYI...I would love to have a good shootin 22-250 or ackly..but I am 22-250 challenged !!! Lol
