P PaRUM New Member Joined Apr 8, 2005 Messages 1 Dec 22, 2005 #3 I am using a 300 RUM the Berger 210 VLD performed well on a buck at 975 yards. I did not retrieve the bullets because they passed through the deer. First shot was high in the back near the rear, second shot put him out of his misery.
