6.5 creed magnum

I don't see Federal, part of a larger publicly traded stock, introducing this ammo at the risk of creating a liability issue for the corporation. I live in the world of risk mitigation. The ammo is safe.

The technology development has already been done for the 7BC, and military based cartridges.

While I'd personally like to see it in a 308, I'm not sure we will due to the age of the rifles you might try and put it in. Example, my Savage 99 in 308 or an old 1903, etc. I've been told it will not appear in 30-06. Cartridges within about 20 years past, maybe.

As for a couple of statements about what are you gaining over XYZ. Longer range and more energy up close, not having to purchase another gun if you want to shoot farther, etc a 200 fps with a heavier projectile will yield a noticable energy increase.

I will test out the heavier bonded bullet with my daughters 20" 6.5CM as an option for African antelope. Heck, I'll use the 6.4CM with this technology on Audad.

Well, now we will know why Reloader 26 powder is not available to the general public.
My guess is that the 6.5 Creedmoor +Peak ammo line will be loaded with R26, because of the increased velocity that it provided to the standard 6.5 CM, with the 140gr and heavier bullets.
I'm not sure enough 26 could be packed in these. I'm guessing it's a higher than normal charge weight of something faster burning. But don't know.

I've loaded 26 for creed and have not gotten these numbers. It's for sure over normal pressure

If the +Peak 6.5 Creedmoor ammo is the same cost as the brass ammo, shoots in the same rifle ,and the maximum point blank range is 352 yards and doesn't require a dial, how is it cheaper or easier?

I would imagine this will burn barrels out quicker too using this new technology. By all means correct me if I'm wrong.

There IS LOTS of cheaper cost ammo for the 65 CM then this new plus Peak is going to Cost . 🤷‍♂️

....why did we introduce this little promotional gimmick anyway, sales are one thing, performance is another...the niche' has been filled for 50+ years by the .260 rem...seems we waste lots of time and thought on this little man-bun ....just no real reason for it in the first place..

No it isn't. The factory 260 ammo market is terrible, why do people keep saying this?
