Final reamer design approved for cutting yesterday.
I already have 200pcs of Alpha brass (150 already fire formed from my .260AI).
I got some 107 TMK and 116 TMKs in the mail this week, too.
And the new Manners LRH showed up!

These are all at 2.960" COAL.
Line on case shows where base of bullet is.
For the reamer, I was going to throat it for the 108 Elite @ 2.960" COAL/2.331" CBTO. That worked out to a .190" FB.
I backed it off .003", to put the FB @ .187 (since it IS the "6mm Man Bun Killer", I find the .187 FB appropriate).
Should put the COAL/CBTO/jump @ the following to lands.
105 Hyb @ 2.945"/2.334"/0"
107 TMK @ 2.974"/2.334"/0"
108 Elite @ 2.957"/2.334"/0"
110 SMK @ 2.974"/2.334"/.034" jump
115 VLD @ 2.974"/2.334"/.005" jump
116 TMK @ 2.974"/2.334"/.003" jump
L-R: 105 Hyb/107 TMK/108 Elite/110 SMK/115 VLD/116 TMK
Realistically, I probably won't be shooting the 110SMK on game.
Between the other 5 bullets, final choice will be on what shoots best.

I'm very interested to see where you end up with these bullets and this cartridge. I've been going back and forth between a 243 AI and the 25 MBK you've been running when the barrel goes on my fast twist .243.
I really think this would make the perfect long range coyote cartridge. High BC, lots of energy and lower recoil. I'm thinking a 26" barrel to maximize velocity and an all up gun weight around 10.5 lbs should be about perfect for the kind of hunting I do.

You will definitely need to extrapolate the possible velocity, with having 9.5" more barrel length!
But, I am currently at the range with my 25MBK and have some 115 VLDs loaded up over H4350 to see what kind of speeds I can get with the 22". I know it is not apples to apples, but it will give me some info. It shoots the 131 SMK @ 3034fps now. Wondering if 3150-3200 might be possible?

And my new year resolution if definitely out the window now. I am also building a .22LR as well. Not quite as full custom, but hoping it shoots well for what I am going to have into it.

Don't be ridiculous...Probably a Premier Heritage Light Tactical 3-15×50 or a lowly Kahles K318i.
You know, you could sell that LT to me and then have a reason to buy a new TT!!!
