What are the recommendations on an add on cheek riser? Looking to put it on Ruger American Ranch Tupperware stock. FDE if it matters. I know that I will have to drill stock, not a concern for me.
Is there a good reasonably priced riser that everyone typically uses?

Triad tactical stock pack. I love the ones we use. Does what you need it to do (adjustable velcro spacers under pad) feels super nice on your face, and you can put **** in it. Though it may be a better idea to put some ammo, a kestrel, earplugs, or something like that in it instead ha ha

Or you could do a home brew like I did this one time ha ha....sheet metal cut and shaped, smoothed, painted, and soft side adhesive velcro ha ha. Not the fanciest thing, but it works ha ha

I've bought a couple of different cheek rests over the years. The problem with stock packs is that most are not adjustable. Once they are on the comb, they rarely are the right height for my eye - either too high, or still a little low.

I've gone the Kydex route as well on a couple of tupperware stocks. Pretty good rest, but the thought of drilling holes in some of my nicer stocks (wood & carbon) left me still looking for other solutions.

I finally stumbled onto the Bradley. I can move it from rifle to rifle with ease. No drilling and yet it feels very secure. Not only is it adjustable for height, but you can actually build some offset into the cheek rest as well. Price was a little hard to swallow, but in the end - I came away with the best answer for me.

Kydex cheekpieces worked for me, until I bought some adjustable stocks. I started with the defensive edge one 7-8 years ago, and there are a lot more choices now. But check out rat grips as well. I will never go without a cheek piece again.

Go take a look on eBay....their are many strap on material risers with shellholders. The bags have inserts to customize them somewhat to your needs.... inexpensive and won't mark up your gun. I have three of them and they do the job pretty darn well.

I have used and made several different types , successfully, that do not alter the stock. Vet wrap and foam - closed cell type. Foam with elastic knee sleeve, The one I really use and like now is one of the slip on strap down cheek rest/strapped with the shell holder on one side and memo pouch on the other. No drilling or modifying my stock.
