Two of my local ranges here in San Antonio TX. have always had powder. Choices went down a little bit but lately they have just about their normal stock. Check the local family run ranges, and stores. We also have a couple of Ranch and Feed stores that have had powders readily available.

I like Titan Reloading for buying stuff and they show a lot of different kits and how to videos.

If you're just getting started get you a lee challenger. You can always go up from there and trust me if you get into reloading you are going to have more than one press and even if you don't use it for all your reloading you can keep it and use it for single operations like bullet sizing...

I used neck sizing dies until I saw In the wind, Gun Blue, and Eric Cortina on youtube. If full sizing is good enough for them it's good enough for me.

Well if they are shooting supported off of a bench and using a modicum of marksmanship 1/4 MOA is pretty easy IMHO.. If you reload and have a decent firearm it should be pretty easy to attain.

How much for top of the line ammo per round you're reloading? That minus 10% seems fair to me.

5.4 inches at 300 yards is 1.8 MOA so what's the problem?

Good ammunition is still more expensive that reloading.

I had a similar problem with some loads I took out to the range that were real hard to chamber. So with that batch of brass I went back and used my neck sizing die on them (they had already been full resized) and then I put a heavier crimp than usual and they reloaded fine. It was just that one...
