I’m starting to put together parts for a 300 Norma build. I’d like to keep it on the lighter side. I know it won’t be a feather weight but I don’t want a 15+ lb rifle. I’d like to get some feedback on barrel contours that you like for this caliber in a hunting rifle.

My first experience using trekking poles was a few months ago. I’m very happy with them. They provide steadiness to me which gives me more confidence.

I’ve got bad knees and use an elliptical trainer at home. It seems the easiest on them.

No hunting so far in CA. Most of the forests have been closed down due to fires. May be able to get out for some birds.

I think LabRadar is one of the easiest to set up. And from what I’ve been told it’s accurate.

Was it coming thru the fabric or the seams. They sell sealant for the seams that’s easy to apply. If you seal the entire tent you may get a lot of condensation
