I just got my 27 Nosler back from smith would anyone have a starting point for N570 and 170 grain bergers? I just necked down 30 Nosler brass. I also have retumbo

Since I sold my 26 I still have the brass and custom Whidden bushing dies. So my thought is to send the dies back to Whidden to get the throat/neck area honed out large enough to accept the .277 and get the bushing I will need from measurement off loaded round. Any reason why this wouldn't work...

So your saying the SAMMI spec is released? Where does one get the drawing?

Has anyone heard any updates on this caliber. Last I heard is that Nosler sent print to Sammi but they haven't signed off on it yet. I have a 8 twist benchmark barrel on order to build a 27.

Has anyone tried this combo? I didn't have enough US 869 to find a load that shot good. Would like to know what other powders guys have used and maybe a starting point.
