What kind of barrel life should I get out of my STW? I shoot a 180gr berger bullet. I use 76gr of H1000. Muzzle velocity is 3045fps. Any thoughts?

I am currently using H1000 which is becoming harder to find. I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on different powders I could try that might be easier to find. My current load is 76gr. of H1000 shooting a 180gr. Berger at 3045fps.

I am putting it on a 7mm STW.
