I stand corrected in that Berger does make a Hybrid Hunting 7MM bullet. The original topic referred to referred to 180 grain bullets, so my posting should have been worded differently. The basis of my stance of not using target bullets for taking game animals stands.

I'm surprised no one has brought up the 7 PRC I can't find it just now, but there was a thread on this forum concerning it's SAMMI approval/registration. Granted, at this time a custom build would be required, factory ammo non existent as far as I know.
