Montana is not suited for wusses ...

Why is North Dakota so windy?!! Because Minnesota sucks and Montana blows😉

I wonder how many car batteries get replaced this week. And how many cracked engine blocks or burst radiators there'll be. The winter economy is in full swing now. The auto mechanics are gonna be busy making big $. I used to help out at my friend's auto shop on winter days that went well below zero in Wisconsin, running a tow truck and maintenance vehicle. The money we made was incredible. I built a 370hp SB350 engine for my 65 Impala SS with those funds - good times. But cooooold.

Unfortunately they still move here.
It's the same here as well but they stick to the bigger cities

We were in Edmonton the other day and this bunch of lezbo's came in to where we were having supper. The one is dressed like super Mario princess and behind where my wife was sitting there was two more one I think wanted to be Dylan Mulvaney and was chugging on a Bud Light 👎
They are everywhere in the cities now
There's nothing I hate more than going to the cities.

One of the things I like most about Long Island is the climate. We get to enjoy all four seasons without any of the extremes. Today it was 57 degrees. Summers are hot but not brutal. We haven't had any snow in two years but that's rather unusual. Temperatures are virtually never below zero.

Normal day in Seattle!

The ambient temp here outside Buffalo WY early this morn was -39. Calling for -50 wind chills.
I think our high yesterday was -14... but we had more wind where I was (headed to Billings). Sure was nippy out.🥴

Hey, I've experienced -72, that was the temperature, not the wind chill. That was January 1989 in Fairbanks AK. I have to say that was brutal. Also got to feel -110 wind chill at Ft Greeley during a field exercise. I'd take the wind chill over the -72 straight temp any day
Take Care
Yeah, -72 ambient was my coldest at Greely IIRC. Been a "few years now".
Wind chills were brutal and dangerous.
