Arbor press seater

This is the one I use from 21 century, they also have a force pack you can add on.
Not sure if they can export though.

I would check with Warner Tool or Wilson and see if they are able to send one your way. I use the Warner on my 416 and Wilson on some small stuff both Arbor seating dies work great.

You could call Whiddens and see if you provided the reamer if they would make you one. If thats possible rent the reamer from 4D

You would just have to use a 35 cal one and indicate in and prebore without the bushing like some smiths do on a chamber.

You can use a blank with a smaller diameter hole, and your existing reamer, if the pilot is sized to the hole, I would think.?
Without a tight fitting pilot you will get chatter and subsequently the marks that go with it.

Some GS's take a shortcut and drill the body out first so the reamer has less work, and to save time. Not ideal, ive got one to prove it.

Theres quite a few really good gun smiths that pre bore to chamber no different than you would with a blank for a die.
Chatter is controlled by feed and speeds
I have made 4 inline dies myself from my own reamers, I did one the prebore way because I wanted to see what it was like, worked like a charm.
I believe the smiths who pre bore do it not to save time but for 2 reasons, one is to save wear on there reamers but the biggest one is to indicate with a long stylist at the throat.

Sounds like I need be specific next time I get a die blank done!

Especially when I'm the one buying the reamers.

And my barrel blanks better get NOTHING but a reamer with the correct pilot.
