🟠 (3.950 & CIP) M5 DBM's with Mag - RUM - EDGE - LAPUA 🟠

If it has to be intletted to 4" it's not recommended to do that by Jim Borden. I was going to open mine up for a Wyatt's CFE-9 box and he advised against it.
The big foots come ready for a
Cfe12 mag box that's 3.825 or cip dbm I don't think using this system would be a much of a issue but if this system doesn't work out with the action I won't use it I'll just put it with another bag action but
Considering it's new and no one has tried it with a Bigfoot to see how it lines up I guess we won't know until someone tries

I have a Bigfoot LW on order my smith thinks this will work with it if not I'm fine with 3.77 internal from the Hawkins hunter dbm
Did he give a reason he advised against it.
I guess I can just ask him when my action ships what he thinks about using the bottom metal with it
I think it's gonna be good system.
Gonna use it on a vesper and vampire. For sure

Jim said possible bolt bind from traveling so far rearward plus encroaching very close to the trigger well.

I will add that the mag release is way better than what other options are out there.

It's got an AR style mag release, so for right handed shooters, you can shoot, release mag with your trigger finger, left hand swaps the mag in while your still on target. I know other ones are really stiff and I have to remove my whole hand from the gun and use my thumb to drop the mag.
