Gas

Jim this would be alot easier if you just

answered yes or no instead of letting the hamster run wild on the wheel. The graph shows moments in time. But if you take the average the price of oil and gas over a period of time follow each other closely.

Do you understand this Y/N?

If yes we can move on to my first yes or no question you answered with commentary.

Your answer to my first yes or no question-

"Trump warned about allot of things. Of course, when he made that warning, the oil industry was already crashing. Oil wells had been shut down as had oil refineries all under his watch. It was the largest reduction in oil production in US history. Agin, $80 billion in losses and over 600 oil companies filing bankruptcy. Again, all under his watch."

Did Trump warn the governors of the states that were shutting down "the cure can't be worse than the problem itself" on 3/23/20. Y/N?
It does not seem like math is one of your strengths so I will try to make this easy to understand. The graph does show moments in time when oil is one price and gas is another. For instance, on a certain day, oil is say $110 a barrel and gas is $3.22 a gallon. 2 months later, oil is $110 a barrel but for some reason, gas is well over $4 a gallon. That doesn't seem "closely".

Yes, Trump did warn governors not to shut down but what does that have to do with the oil industry almost collapsing? Do you really think if the governors kept everything open that people would not have stopped flying or going on cruises. Just because those last people were not aloud off the cruise ship and were stuck in a floating tomb of death doesn't mean they didn't enjoy themselves. I am sure everyone would have traveled across the country to visit granny and if it killed her, they would have to had driven back so they used even more gas.

This may confuse you but this was global as in the whole wide world. No one on the planet was flying, taking cruises, or traveling.

Jimmy you live in a bubble or more likely your parents basement.

Saying no one on this planet was flying, taking cruises, or traveling is another Jimmy fib. While I didn't go on any cruises because it's not my thing and I don't think you could have if you wanted to I traveled and went on more flights than in any single year of my life along with alot of people I know. It was great low gas prices very little traffic and air travel was a steal. All because a bunch of scared sheep hid in their houses. And yes I caught covid, had a headache for a few days, and didn't get the Trump vaccine although I am sure you did because Biden told you to.

Now you are saying shutting down the economy didn't have anything to do with the oil prices even though a few posts back you say it was the cause. Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, if you tell the truth it is alot easier to not get confused.

Again you prove your lack of education on reading and comprehending a graph and understanding averages. Another thing an objective eye would see is every time a Democrat gets elected the gas prices spike. Who does this hurt more the rich or the poor? Is this a coincidence? You truly are making a fool of yourself buddy. My intention is not to be mean to you but you truly live in a fantasy world.

Why don't you just say it out loud nothing is a Democrats fault everything is Trumps fault facts be damned.

It was. What amazes me is the number of people who think everyone went into hiding like they did. I didn't miss a day of work. Had Covid while I was at my house in SC on vacation and hunted the whole time.

I guess NPCs have trouble with simple yes/no questions, among other things.

I am trying to find where he is praising high gas prices. Is it because he says its causing an incredible transition? Incredible just means impossible to believe. It does not denote praise. Is it the fact that he says we will come out stronger as a result of this that implies praise kind of like if we said Japan bombing pearl harbor made us stronger is the same as praising Japan? Is it because he says we will be less reliant on fossil fuels?

"When it comes to the gas prices, we're going thru an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it's over, we'll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over. You see what Europe is doing relative to the importation of Russian gas, you see -- anyway, I won't go through it all.

"But, and what I've been able to do to keep it from getting any worse -- and it's bad -- the price of gas at the pump is something that I've told you, you've heard me say before, would be a matter of great discussion at the kitchen table when I was a kid growing up. It's affecting a lot of families.

"But we have released over 2 hundred and I think 57 thousand -- million -- barrels of oil, I should say, us and the rest of the world. It's helped, but it's not been enough.

"We also find ourselves in a situation where we have food shortages -- food shortages because of Ukraine. There are over -- there are literally millions of bushels of oil, I mean, excuse me, of grain being held up in Ukraine that would fundamentally impact positively on the market in terms of bringing down food prices across the board.

"And so we're finding ourselves in a position where we're working very hard with American farmers and American agricultural products to provide more fertilizer and a whole range of things.

"This is going to be a haul -- this is going to take some time. But in the meantime, it seems to me the best thing I can do in addition to try to get the...Middle Eastern countries, including OPEC, to raise their production of oil and move along that route, is to see to it we continue to grow our economy, create jobs."
We could come out of it stronger, but not with Brandon's lack of leadership. He will continue to make it worse.

Fossil fuel reliance is not bad so long as it's our own fossil fuel we are relying on.

I'm just curious how we go from 1.69 diesel 2-3 years ago, energy independent, economy booming, to now 5.29 diesel in a year and a half. If you don't think this is intentional your nutz. But good news we won't b complaint about gas prices this fall when we're all starving. 22-23 food factory fires, farmers paid not to plant. Let's hope it wakes enough people up to vote and make sure they're vote counts. Wait for the next fear-porn pandemic so they can keep they're drop boxes open. This has got to stop

I heard about those food processing plant fires. I wonder what's up with that.

The government is trying to get other countries to pump lore oil because US companies refuse. My question is, if the republicans take complete control and completely deregulate the oil industry and give away oil leases and permits and pass legislation so oil companies can't get sued for poisoning entire regions of people and yet they don't increase oil production enough to get gas prices back to what they were back in 2019, how are you going to blame it on the democrats? Giving you a chance to start thinking about this so you will be prepared in the future. Unless there is a way for oil companies to do that and still make the profits they are now, they aren't. If gas prices remain as high as they are now for the next 3 years, oil companies are looking at a trillion dollars in profits in Biden's first term. Explain to me why they would be willing to give that up.
Well the fact we have proven we can drive the price down by drilling I am not worried about that
