Seekins rings still loose

They are the same size, the only difference is that the weaver slot is thinner than the Picatinny slot. Bravo 4 is correct.

Next question...… Which part is loose? the rings or is the base loose? the base screws might be bottoming out and the rail is loose.

I had red dot do this and the company warranties the red dot as being out of spec, I don't understand exactly how the rings would be out of spec in this manner but if you have another set of rings or another picatinny rail to play with I would pursue it from that angle first

Bankbum,
Since you don't have another rail or set of rings, I'd follow the above ideas to go to a gun store that mounts scopes. They should be able to do quick redundant checks. Because Seekins shares the quality design of other high end ring companies, I'd think the rail would be the source, but any Seekins (Like any other manufacturer) can be produce an occasional defective Product.

I'd bet a six pack that the tab on the Seekins is upside down. So easy to take out 2 screws, flip it, tighten screws and congratulate yourself on buying Seekins quality products.

A picture at the rail end will show it too, it will very obviously cocked. I don't want to assume anything, but the OP should have noticed it. :)

I am of the opinion that the metal tab on the Seekins is upside down. Take out both screws, flip it around and retighten. Good luck.

Huh. Doing that That doesn't even line up
