Anybody pick up a Glock 44 lately?

I acquired one and have ran 5 types of ammo with out problems except for a dud primer. I intend to use it to teach new friends and family how to learn handgun fundamentals with a mild shooting pistol until such time when I can introduce a larger caliber better suited for self defense.

Hey all! Walked into my local gun store today and saw this thing. I'm not much of a pistol guy (except for the Glock 22 I carry on duty) and admittedly I didn't even know Glock had started making a pistol chambered in .22 LR. Sure looked like it would be a lot of fun so I bought it, took it home and fed it about 10 magazines worth of Eley Sport standard velocity 22 LR ammo. Had to adjust the rear sight a little for windage and elevation, but it shot great and certainly was a lot of fun. Anybody else have one of these?View attachment 186701
I was at gun shop picking up a Glock 48 I just had won in a raffle and kept eyeing the Glock 44. Had him take out to look at. It weighed nothing . I bought it. Said I was first in town to get one. Lol. I don't like the 10 rd. mag though. It is fat enough to be a 20 plus double stack. I'm sure they did that so they could sell in Ca., etc.. waiting for a high cap to come out. I shot it last weekend. I had to adjust sight but it was fairly accurate with federal and Armscore ammo.

Thought this was a long range forum.......go to other forums with this junk.
I'll enlighten your ignorance. This is the rimfire and handgun subsection of the forum, if your only interested in long range then keep your "junk" useless comments somewhere else. Conversation is proceeding just fine without you, and you are contributing nothing useful, so take yourself to another forum if this is how you typically respond.

I legitimately thought it was some terrible slang acronym like you would see in the military or something. I don't know why that other guy got triggered.
