Have a new 243 in rem. 783 varmint with 26 in. heavy barrel. Going to try Berger 95 classic hunter bullets (would like to go heavier but 9.125 twist ). Want some info on powder that you have had good luck with. Want consistent accuracy. My theory that has worked pretty well has good case fill reasonable speed and least pressure.

I have had some really good results with Hybrid 100V in my 243. I haven't tried the bergers yet but with the barnes ttsx, barnes varmint, and winchester Silvertips I got one ragged hole out of it. I'm at work now but I can check back in later and give you my starting loads with it.

I use IMR 7828SSC with Berger 87gr as per load data I got from them years ago. My data says 41-41.5gr for the 95 VLD. Good speed and great accuracy.

I've had extreme accuracy with 85gn GK and IMR4831 and 90/95gn Ballistic Tips and VihtN560. Both these combos produced bugholes at 100yds and .5 MOA out to 500-600yds.
