Hornady ELDX Performance

I have found that the ELDM of the 147 grain variety to be extremely potent on coues deer and antelope from ranges of 250 to 1030 yards in the 6.5 PRC. I have zero complaints and will add that most are "bang flops" but none have gone anywhere after initial hit. Just my experience.

Obviously you have not done your research, the difference between the ELDM and the ELDX is quite obvious per manufactures specs.

Look don't use eldms. I do not need Hornady or you to tell me they don't kill when I know different. You can talk until you are blue in the face it will not change how they perform on game. How many animals have you killed with the eldm? Seriously click my link and then tell me what more you want from a bullet.

If you could read I never said they don't kill. All I am saying is that the ELDX was designed for hunting and the ELDM for target shooting.

That is laughable I have them both an have cut them apart. There are also cut away pics on the net. I don't speak out of lack of experience like some.

You saying one is "designed"... is fine. You saying one is inferior is ignorance and incorrect. I am not calling you dumb but is obvious you have not used them or you would not be making false statements.

I don't care what bullet you use. The fact is these "match" bullets work and most work well. The only "match" bullets I have seen not work great have pointed tips such as some of the newer SMKs or RDF(no personal experience).

Plus both your links say "
215 Berger performance
Yes, did I misread your declaration that match bullets were inferior??? Is there a difference to you between "match" and "target"?
