When I was black bear hunting this spring, the locals told me that problem bears from Yellowstone are relocated to Montana and idaho (specifically this part of idaho where we were hunting). They have been making there way down from where they are dropped off and wreaking havoc on livestock and pets. No wonder there are so many attacks. I guess this is a huge problem in some areas. These bears are used to people and have no fear and are obviously aggressive - thats why they got kicked out of the park.

If it was a problem bear from the park or any other area it would have ear tags, I've only seen a couple actual relocated bears, for the most part these are normal for the area Grizz, I live maybe 40 miles from there as the crow flies and grew up riding cattle in that area and you don't tread there not heavily armed, the bears are aggressive because they are grossly over populated and out classes by the wolves and with as early as this winter is trying to be they are cramming every calorie they can before denning in a couple near by valley's. The numbers of grizz on trail cams this year in areas they have never been in is stupid. The Grizz numbers are way, way, way out of control or any where near sustainable or healthy!! We are one judge in Missoula away from a hunting season and the needed management of these bears!!

Yeah, but then they will probably only issue 2 tags. Too much influence, too much emotion involved in this.

All we have to be worried about here mostly is black & Tiger snake chasing you.

Up north there are water buffalo & large pigs that will mash you up but you never get that close to them.

You guys have all the big predators like the bears, mountain lions, cougars, wolves etc just to name few.
I know if I lived over there I would have a 50cal desert eagle strapped to my side when I set foot on soil
