Tikka 300 win, 7mm RM, or 338 Win

I'm looking for a tikka 7mm rem mag, 300 win mag, or 338 win mag to use for a build.
I prefer stainless but for the right price would buy blued.
I could care less how many rounds are though it just wanting a good action.

if it were stainless I'd probably take it, blued will have to be a lot cheaper to account for cerakote.
