Finally got to go pick my new rifle up today! It was definitely worth the wait. The specs are:
Stiller tac 30 action
Rock Creek varmint contour finished at 24"
Trigger tech trigger
Hawkins precision bottom metal
Grayboe renegade stock
It was built by accurate ordinance out of Georgia. Can't wait to go shoot it.

Great looking rifle! Hopefully it shoots as good as it looks

Excellent choice of cartridge! Rifle is well thought out. I sure hope you are getting a Nightforce 8x32x56 scope, or one as good, for it. If you shoot 1K, you will need an excellent scope AND rings AND a scope bubble level. I didn't see if the rail is a 20 MOA rail, but I hope it is. The rifle and cartridge is fully capable of tack driving accuracy to way out there; but they need a quality scope, etc. to fully realize the potential.
Don't forget to slowly break in that great barrel! It's worth doing.

For now it's getting a vortex hslr 4-16x50 ffp. Got a good deal on one used. Got tired of waiting lol. But eventually it's getting a nightforce shv. And it does have a 20 moa rail. Thanks for the compliments. It's definitely the nicest rifle I've ever held.
Know what else would be very nice for the rifle and shooter? A quality "muffler" !:)
Haha funny you say that. The brake is made by rugged suppressors. Their suppressors will screw right onto the brake. I brought it up to my wife.... Let's just say I'm glad looks can't kill lol.

Hehehe, dummy, don't ya know we don't tell nor show our wives our toys??
The guy what builds my suppressors also can do the brake attach system. I am not partial to those as I don't believe the full accuracy potential can be had that way. I easily could be wrong, but direct threading to a stop gets my vote. Either way, shooting is way more enjoyable!
You really haven't said what distance you plan on shooting. I'm basing my comments on long range, like over 600 and out to 1K +. When you go out there, you need top quality "stuff", no matter if it's targets or game. You have the base, the very well built rifle. Do it, and you, justice by not scrimping on the other parts needed for accurate shooting at distance. But good things once, not inferior and have to buy again. That way you actually save money. Right?

Haha I got lucky and got a good one. She's cool with hunting and guns( will go with me too,). She knows it's always kept me out if trouble and on the straight and narrow. The goal is out to 1000 on steel and 600 for hunting. I'm a big believer in buy once, cry once as well. Eventually this vortex will make it's way into my next project whenever I can get the nightforce this one deserves.

I have Caldwell's, Honestly they are fine. I wouldn't waste an extra $200?? on a bipod. I use Caldwell, Harris, and blackhawks. All are fine. That's my 2 cents.
